Free Returns Within 30 Days We offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging — unused and in the same condition as received.
Refund Options Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following refund options:
- Original Payment Refund — Receive the exact amount you paid, refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
- Store Credit — Receive your full refund amount plus a 10% bonus as store credit, redeemable on any future purchase.
Defective or Broken Item Policy: 100% refund in case you receive defective or broken item delivered to you.
Exchange Policy We're happy to exchange your item within the same 30-day window. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging — the same conditions as our return policy.
